The Sea Witch Stole My Voice! Our Two Week Land and Sea Adventure! Updated 3/9 - Page 11

The theme of the Flower and Garden Festival this year was Cinderellabration so of course the centerpiece display at the entrance to the park was princess themed! I loved it! So pretty!

And of course we had to get some photopass pictures!

After that we headed on out of the park and back to the hotel. I parked the car at the main building so we could head in and fill up the mug and check out the food court and see if we wanted to eat dinner there that night. After that we drove over to the room. My original plan had been to go swimming for a little while but a storm had moved into the area so those plans were out. We had gotten back to the room just in time! Instead I wrote up my trip notes for the day and massaged my poor aching feet.

We decided to head off property for dinner and we decided on the Olive Garden. We love the Olive Garden and they don't have them up here in Canada so we only get to eat at one when we are vacationing in the states.

I ordered the manicotti and it was delicious! I couldn't finish it though thanks to those free breadsticks they give you. The meal was excellent and we went on back to the hotel that night nice and full.

We had left Epcot early that day as we(I) had a date with the tv that night. It was the survivor finale and I didn't want to miss it!

As I was lying in bed watching Survivor I looked down at my arms and legs and the rash was back!!! Nooo!!!!! Those of you who read my report from last year know exactly what I am talking about.

I was pretty sure it was not the sunscreen as I had tested it out at home before the trip so it had to be something at POP I was allergic to. Why do these things always happen to me?!

oh I forgot the rash. I would think it is the laundry detergent on sheets and towels maybe?

Yep The rash.

I knew it had to be something specific to the last two trips as the stay at the Wilderness Lodge in 07 was rash free.

Thank You! I was talking to my boss today and told him how many pictures I took on the trip, he nearly fainted, couldn't believe that anybody takes that many pictures.

I will tell you guys this, a little sneak peek, I did discover a couple days into the trip what was causing the rash.

I was also reading a trip report and he asked me who all the people were in the pictures. I had to explain to him about trip reports, he seemed completely baffled by the idea.

He is pretty much the only one in the office who didn't already know how Dis obsessed I am and that I spend all my shifts on Disney message boards.

YOu know I have not been on the DIS in at least 5 days and not sure when I will go back either. I really am not missing it.

I don't think I could ever leave it completely, too many people that I enjoy that only post there. I enjoy my other boards as well though, a bit more "personal".

Oh yes there are people but I alsl talk to them on Facebook. The only I really read over there is Memom. Great pics and tr's she has.

I am at 37 subscriptions. I will go one day and catch up then not go back for 7 to 10 days.
